WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once you order has shipped changes cannot be made. Prior to shipment any change requests can be made at connect@thetealbox.com

We will make every effort to accommodate any change requests however, we are unable to guarantee any changes.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE / CLIENT GIFTING?

Yes! Please reach out to us at connect@thetealbox.com! We are happy to offer personalization as well as company branding in our boxes. We also offer large order fulfillment.

 

WHAT IS BEYOND THE BOX?

What is is?

Our Beyond The Box experience is the ultimate gift giving journey wrapped up with mystery and anticipation! We package your gifts inside a locked box and mail the recipient a key!

Phase one - we mail a key to the recipient with a mysterious note.

Phase two - Beyond The Box arrives and using their key they unlock the gifts inside.

Shipping

Beyond The Box keys are typically mailed within 24 hours after an order is placed. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Beyond The Box gifts are typically mailed 2-3 days AFTER the Beyond The Box key. This excludes weekends and holidays.

We have no control over the mail carriers and we cannot guarantee delivery times. We do make every effort, within our control, to get the Beyond The Box key to arrive prior to the Beyond The Box.
