HOW DO I BUILD A BOX?
Building a gift box in 3 easy steps!
1. Add a box to your cart from the "build a box" section on the website
2. Add the gifts and goods!
3. Add a card and write a message in the "card message/order notes" section in your cart. We will hand write your personal message on your card!
That's it! Now leave the rest to us! We will curate your gift with all the personal touches and get it on it's way!
HOW MANY ITEMS WILL FIT IN A BOX?
This is a tricky question! We have a selection of 3 different box sizes to accommodate different order sizes. However, there are many factors that come into play
On average a Teal Box will hold up to 4-5 large items (books, candles, sugar scrubs, mugs, etc.) and many smaller items (stickers, keychains, face masks, etc.)
If you are unsure about the size of your order, feel free to contact us directly from the website and one of our team members will be happy to assist you!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once you order has shipped changes cannot be made. Prior to shipment any change requests can be made to connect@thetealbox.com
We will make every effort to accommodate any change requests however, we are unable to guarantee any changes.
